The breakfasts were delicious, especially the fresh pastries. The staff were so cute. Location-wise, we loved the close proximity to the charming Christmas market.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat at night, which affected our sleep. The bathroom shower had minor issues with drainage that required multiple reports to fix.

Reasonably large and brand-new rooms, I had very nice experience.

everything there was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. it was in a perfect location minutes from cathedral of essen. it was a downstairs lounge area, a right place for me.

The room was very good sized and brand-new with great amenities. The location was particularly good, just a short stroll away from a spacious mall. You could walk to the Christmas market and a market.

The location was perfect for heading out to the Christmas market, just a short walk away. The bar downstairs was open in the evening to unwind after a day out 😊

The Family Room was super spacious and clean, with a private bathroom and a cozy seating area. Loved the special plates for kids at breakfast, and the fitness center was a nice perk. Air conditioning kept the room cool, and the tv was a great touch. The location is perfect, just a minute to the Christmas market!

Only downside was a bit of noise from the hallway occasionally, but it wasn't a huge deal. A comfy stay!

The location is perfect for exploring, with easy access to public transport. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The breakfast spread was great with a variety of fresh options. I also enjoyed the lovely city view from the room.

Parking options were limited and could be challenging during peak hours.

The surrounding area outside the hotel felt unsafe, with visibility of drug addicts and homeless individuals-definitely not ideal for families. Parking is a nightmare. Returning after 7 PM will leave you scrambling for a spot, often forcing you to park blocks away, which isn't pleasant. The room had maintenance issues, the door required a hard yank to secure fully, posing a safety concern. The kettle provided was filthy-it had clearly been used as an ashtray.

The king-sized bed was a dream! Location is super convenient for exploring the city and Messe Essen. On the downside, there were some cleanliness issues upon arrival. A good stay 😊
